A refund is available minus the deposit, if cancelled with at least 24 hoursβ notice
Cancellations under 24 hours will not be refunded
π Rescheduling Rules
β One free reschedule per booking
π· Β£20 fee for any additional reschedules
π This helps prevent last-minute gaps and keeps time slots open for other customers
β±οΈ Late Arrival Policy
π We allow a 20-minute grace period for lateness
β After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited β you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
β³ If lateness causes overrun beyond your slot, a Β£20 overrun fee will apply
π Vehicle & Booking Details
π If incorrect vehicle infoΒ is provided at booking, and it prevents the remap from going ahead:
β The deposit will be lost
π A new booking will be required
π Late Booking Cutoff
π Bookings made with less than 12 hoursβ notice are not eligible for reschedule or refund under any circumstances

π§ Your assigned mapper will confirm the meet-up location
π Home visits apply only if pre-arranged during booking

In rare cases where PD Power Remaps cannot attend due to vehicle issues, illness, or emergencies, your appointment will be rescheduled at no extra cost
