📌 Cancellation & Booking Policy
- ❗ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, and 12 hours’ notice to reschedule any booking.
- 💳 Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
- ⚠️ Failure to attend or cancelling within 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit.
- 📍 Mobile bookings: the meet-up location will be confirmed by your assigned mapper, unless a home visit was arranged.

🚗 Mobile Mapping Appointments – Important Notice
- ⏰ Please arrive on time to your scheduled mobile remap appointment.
- ❌ If you arrive too late, your booking may be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost.
- 🕒 If your lateness causes the session to exceed the allocated time, an additional £20 fee will apply.
- 🔧 If any mechanical issues are present (e.g. blown boost pipes, sensor faults, or other issues unrelated to mapping), we may be unable to carry out the remap unless resolved within your time slot.
- ⛔ If the issue cannot be fixed in time, your deposit will be lost, and a new booking will be required.
